1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Styrae application ("App") or visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About Styrae

Styrae is an AI-powered wardrobe management and outfit styling application. The App allows users to upload clothing items, receive AI-generated outfit suggestions, and access virtual try-on features. Styrae is operated and owned by [Your Name / Company Name], based in Hyderabad, India.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Styrae. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Styrae.
  • By uploading content, you grant Styrae a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
  • We do not sell your photos or personal wardrobe data to third parties.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

6. AI Features

  • Styrae uses third-party AI models to analyze clothing images, generate outfit suggestions, and power virtual try-on features.
  • AI-generated suggestions are for informational and styling purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy.
  • Virtual try-on results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent how clothing appears in real life.
  • Uploaded images may be processed by third-party AI providers (including OpenRouter, FASHN, Photoroom) under their respective privacy policies.

7. Subscription and Payments

  • Styrae offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription (₹99/month).
  • Virtual try-on credits are sold separately and are non-refundable once used.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload images of other persons without their consent
  • Attempt to circumvent any subscription or credit limits
  • Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Styrae name, logo, design, and all related intellectual property are owned by Styrae.
  • You may not use our branding, name, or assets without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, clothing, or decisions made based on AI styling suggestions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Styrae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.
